About the City One Minutes Are you curious to know how people live on the other side of the world? What does Asmara look like between three and four in the afternoon? What happens in Bangalore between eleven and twelve at night? See the personal impressions of city life which artists across the globe have filmed. Follow what happens from hour to hour in more than hundred cities on cityoneminutes.org.
In City One Minutes life in each city is divided into 24 one minute portraits, each depicting one hour of the day. Every film is a personal impression of the city in which the artist lives or in which he is staying.
On cityoneminutes.org you can browse through time and place in a number of ways. For example: Follow the life in Addis throughout 24 hours; explore life in each city between 5 and 6 in the morning; watch all the films in a mosaic of cities. Later on it will be possible to rate the films and also to create your ideal ‘dream city’ by combining minutes from different cities.
Radio one minutes will also become available in the near future.
Cityoneminutes.org is an organic site with an update of the newest City One Minutes every week. Stay tuned!
